breathing technique...breathe in for two steps, then breathe out for the next two, breathe in for two, breathe out for two..etc.

also make sure you stretch your legs really well.

And dont start out too fast.

make sure you are hydrated

run slower for the same distance

don't eat before you go. while running/jogging take in deep breathes, not small and frequent.
