How does colon cleansing work?!
Question: do you only take pills or medicine if you are constipated or can you just do it, I have seen some pill that go for more than $100.00 Im would mabe wanna do it if it is good for me (being overweight but building muscle at the jim -270lbs 6'1'')

those pills suck. i've tried a few and they really dont work, they may work the first day but then nothing after that. a true colon cleanse is where u go to a clinic and have them use the high pressure water to get the icky stuff out of your colon (and you actually have to go a few times). The pills dont get everything out, maybe it will stop you from being constipated but it wont truely cleanse your colon.
I advise no!
eat a lot of HOT spices, move a lot, take VITAMINS no pills they dont work,...and drink lots and lots of water
Never done it before, but after looking at this website, I think the whole world should do it, regularly. I warn u, the pics are graphic and disturbing. Best of luck to u.
