I think it is a full meal. Lots of people eat cereal morning, noon and night. UMMM Yummy. though I get tired of them sometimes. Try it with fruits and don't forget milk has lots of vitamins and minerals. Maybe take some multi vitamins as well if you can't eat a full meal of different kinds. Remember do it in moderation. By the way, eat variety of cereals. I love the combination of Cocoa Puffs and cornflakes. Raisin Bran is a healthier one as well as the protein laden ones with less sugar. Happy eating!

Apart from that it shoudl really only be a snack. Cereal is generally low in protein and you should have protein at 2 meals a day.

Depends where you live. In some parts of the world it may be all your food for one day. In other places something just to encourage your insulin levels to prompt you to eat yet again. So take your pick. Choose a country.
