Question: I would say 10 lbs. Thats if you lose 2 lbs per week, which isn't easy. Try a diet of 1600-1800 cals per day with 4-5 days with 30-45 mins of vigorous activity (running, biking, swimming, activities that get your heart pumping)

if you eat right and excersise at the very least 10 pounds =] (thats at the very least) and the very most would be 20 or 25
it depends how you are built. if u dont have alot of musle. or are on the heaver side. you will prob. build alot of muscle first and not loose any weight.
2 - 3 pounds a week would be healthy.
