um... depends on what you mean by "too thin" LOL

ok so do cardio, like walk with your kid in the nearby park or something for 45 mins a day three days a week
yes you need to have days in between to rest
during the days you dont do cardio, lift weights, that will get you more toned =)
and do crunches
cardio gets rid of the fat
crunches build up the msucles on abs
that should do
but remember
it will take at least a month to show resuilt =)
Well. If you want to exorsise in the morning, I suggest you drink water, to make the metobolism speed up, or wash your face in cold water.
well do try sit ups and crunches.
eat lots of soups they are very god but dont do it for too long.
eating foods like spinich try jogging that slims you down in general, but the soup ones are best done homemade

You could loose around 30 pounds from that, and you wouldnt be that thin.
Foods could be any types of fruit, corn, vegatables, V8, milk
You could to curl ups, sit ups before you sleep around 20-30.
you may not get a completely flat stocmahc, but something close to it.
