Results using TURBO JAM?!


Question: Has anyone really firmed up using Turbo Jam? I've been using it for about a month now & haven't seen much difference. How much should I do? I usually just do one of the workouts each time. I work overnights, & have 3 kids, so finding the time is hard, but I do it.
AND if you have firmed up, would u mind telling me your before & after measurements & the time it took?---Thanks!

Absolutely! I did the 10 day slim down, just finished 2 days ago, and I lost 6 lbs and 11 inches off my body. Are you drinking enough water and eating right? Thats detrimental to weight loss. Working out alone won't do it if you don't feed your body the right foods. Also, when you're working out, are you sweating or do you feel fine after you're done. If you don't sweat or feel tired, then you're not pushing yourself. Going through the motions of the video aren't enough. You have to do them correctly to see results. I love this program. My sister went from a 10/12 to a 4 in 3 months. If you follow it like she says, you will definately see results. Remember too, women take a while to show results. Don't get discouraged! I understand the frustration of not seeing restulst. nd being tired. Are you taking a rest day for your body to recover? That's important. My husband and I are both military with a 5 yr old and 7 mnth old and right now he's deployed so I'm taking care of them on my own plus working full time. I have to work out before they get up or after they go to bed. Here's my measurements I just put up 2 days ago on milliondollarbody.com (beachbody's site for tracking results and getting advice--highly recommend you use it...they also do your meal plans)...

Do the 10 day diet...it jump starts your results and push yourself hard!! I don't live in the gym or doing videos...but when I do them, I push myself. I was in a size 14 pants, now I'm in a 12. You sound like you're motivated so keep at it, some people just have slower results...but once you're body gets on board it will kick it off and the weight will start dropping dramatically. As for firming up, the program will do it, but if you want faster results, weight train in addition to the program. Hope this helps
