YeS!

You need to choose your main priority: Tone or Size.

If your going for tone i'd say 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps about 2 or 3 times a day

for size 3-4 sets of 6-7 reps 2-3 times a day.

i usually do 3 sets of ten per machine for hypertrophy.

its not really how many sets u do or what workout, its really what you eat, the less body fat you have the more its gonna look like your flexing when ur not :)

Are you in high school? Take a weight lifting class. Do you live near a gym?? Go there for help. I dont know what you are stariting with or how much you can lift so it is hard to give you an answer

First, let me remind you that your triceps make up 2/3 of your upper arms, so you definitely want to work your triceps just as hard or harder than your biceps.

You need to do low reps and low sets.

Probably 4-6 reps, 2-3 sets.

If you can do more than 4-6 reps, you need to add more weight. Form is very important, go slowly when your doing your exercises.

I would only work them 1-2 times per week because your going to be doing an intense workout and they need plenty of rest to rebuild.
