Is this a good excersize plan?!


Question: i do 30 minutes of step arobics and 30 minutes of lifting 5lbweights (just started and will increase the lbs of weights in a week) and 20 minutes of crunches. also iv started to eat breakfeast ( not a breakfest person makes me feel sick but need it to fix my matabolism) at 7:00am. i skip lunch and eat dinner at 5:00pm. and start exersizing at 7:00 pm (i do have school)

is that good and what do i need to add?

The exercise part is good but dont EVER skip a meal. If you eat breakfast at 7, eat a light snack about 9-10 of like some cheese and an apple. Eat lunch about 12:30 of a salad and some protein. Eat another light snack about 3 and then dinner at 6-7. It is always better to eat 5-6 smaller meals a day to give your body energy.

sounds pretty good, but i think you should eat more throughout the day to fix your metabolism even more, break up your meals so you eat like 3-5 times a day

Sounds good to me and you should make good improvements soon. Add some lean protein in your diet and maybe increase weights so you can only do 12-15 reps. Practice good form also. Good luck !

everything you're doing sounds good except that you shouldn't skip any meals. just eat something. some people eat 6 small meals per day and that speeds up your metabolism .

Good job with the breakfast. But then don't skip lunch! Ugh. Your metabolism will still be screwed.
