Question: that I won't grow. I have been stretching everyday, My diet isn't the best. My mom's 5-3 and dad's 5-9. My brother is 15 months younger than me. He's 15 and I'm 16.5 years old. My brother's about 1 or 2 inches taller than me. I'm about 5-6. I started my puberty at maybe at around 13.5 years old. This is when I first noticed small pubic hair. I think I had one growth spurt. Since I was about 4-9 three years ago.
How tall do you think I will be? Any real good way? I think I have short legs for my torso and head. Help?

well genetically you will probably be as tall as your dad. however there are other factors that can effect your growth. streching will help it, lifting heavy weights wont (it wont completely stop it, just slow it), and try to consume more calcium.
only genetics can determin that. You may have another growth spurt since you are only 16
iv seen shorter youl probably be about 6 and a half feet
you don't stop growing until you reach full adulthood, usually, boys will have two growth spurts in their years after puberty but it will really depend on your genes.
Your height is genetic, however, it is awfully hard for your body to reach it's potential if you're not giving it the nutrients it needs to grow. I would suggest improving your diet and limiting the caffeine and processed sugar intake.
