How should I take my muscle supplements?!

Question: I take supplements off and on, but only take 1 supplement for a period of time then switch. Results are descent, but seem like I won't really need the supplement (but this also could depend on how good the stuff is that i'm using). Anyways, I want to take multiple supplements at the same time. So I want to know which ones are ok to mix and how should I take them. Because multiple supplement using is something new to me.

I have: Body Fortress-High Performance Creatine, Body Fortress-Glutamine, EAS-Endurathon, and a bunch of Muscle Milk drinks.

Any help would be appreciated.

All the supplements that you take are pretty included in every single one of my protein drinks. lol they are perfectly safe to mix however creatine has a loading phase to get the most of, its typical for a 7 day phase with 20 grams per day then 5grams for the remainder of the creatine use.

Glutamine is good because it prevent muscle catabolism. Don't go overboard. 5-10 grams can have an effect, but bodybuilders on low-carb diets for shows could go as high as 30-35.

EAS Endurathon have similar fuctions as creatine by providing ATP to your muscles. It also has a little bit of carbs in it also to keep your energy levels up. These are all natural products of your body so you don't have to worry about over dosing.

Muscle milk is just a protein drink some people consider it a weight gainer because all the calories it has.

anyways shoot me an email if you have any questions and by the looks from your pic your doing a good job.

You can mix creatine, glutamine and muscle milk and you'll be fine.

Make sure you read the serving sizes though and drink a lot of water.

I can't tell if you are under 18 but if you are I'd skip the creatine.
I have no idea what Endurathon is so I can't really comment. Im not a huge fan of EAS products anyway.

Cheers

You can mix all of the listed supplements.

Creatine does not require a loading phase. Loading has not been proven to be beneficial.
