throwing up doesn't even work, so that on top the horrendous effects on your oral health and the rest of your health, makes it a dumb idea. starving yourself will slow your metabolism to a near halt, thus making you put on probably more weight than you started with when you do end up eating again and making it even harder to keep weight off in the future. i understand your pain and i wish i could tell you there was another way than just hard work. but there isn't.

something i've learned is that little changes are a lot easier to stick with than big changes. diets aren't a good idea because they are almost always too restrictive, especially for someone as young as you. find a website (fitday.com, sparkpeople.com) where you can keep track of what you are eating and set small goals and once you see the little bit of progress you make, you'll want to go even further. on sparkpeople, there is a huge database of nutritional values for a LOT of different kinds of food. including processed/fast foods if that is what you are eating. you can also input your own info if something isn't on their list. so no excuses for not recording what you eat. when you see the info for what you're eating, you'll be able to see where it fits in regarding your calorie intake for the day. another cool thing about sparkpeople is that they take you through stages, every couple weeks you get a new set of goals. once you start feeling better from eating better/ keeping track of that, you'll probably want to work out. and there are tons of ideas and videos on there as well to help you plan your own or let them do it for you. sorry for writing a book! good luck to you. i really hope you can be happy with yourself as you get older and develop a healthier lifestyle.

also, one more thing. if you eat well all week, give yourself a "day off" where you can have a treat. this will really help you succeed because you won't feel guilty about splurging for a day because it's like you earned it, yaknow? this can also help keep your metabolism in check.

no! do not throw up- it doesn't help at all. ask your guidence counselor, nutrition teacher at your school, or even your parents. my best suggestion would b the nutrition teacher. it'll work out if u try! good luck

Dont throw up.
Stop eating super junky food and exercise a little bit more.
i lost 20 pounds in like 2 months.

dont eat when your bored only when your hungry.
Do not starve yourself. you will get sick.

No excuses. You are just making excuses. You do not need to go out to exercise. You can jog on the spot in your room, or you can lay on your back and cycle in the air, you can make up your own exercise routine from internet sites that show you exercises.

Your mother is right, you need to cut out junk food and stick to healthy stuff...and I am sure there is healthy stuff around the house. You are just being lazy, in my opinion.

dont throw up really it will cause so many bad problems in the long run, im serious. What would be a really good idea is instead of having chips and a soda, have an apple and milk. (who says you need fancy food??)
find a sport you love maybe you could run laps around the backyard, slowly build up stamina, like one lap everyday for a week then 2 laps and so on.
dont feel bad about yourself everyone goes through a hard time during these years, sometimes i even find myself hating what i see in the mirror, but just remember that you only have one body so treat it with care and dont make yourself throw up..

best wishes ?
