Fat of phat?!


Question: am i fat?female i'm 5 feet-8 inches, and weight 145 pounds, i have a big boned frame. i eat healthy, and exercise whenever i get time aside from school, work, and family-friend time.
.i usaully eat one bowl of oatmeal for breakfast 6oz orange juice
. nothing for lunch
. dinner at 3pm of one serving of meat, one serving veg or fruit and one serving of starch
.And then a piece of fruit or 100 cal kettle corn for snack

According to the BMI, you're perfectly healthy.

I think you should eat lunch though. Don't forget complex carbs... Carbs keep your mind and body working and should never be cut out of your diet.
