Weight problem!!! >.<?!


Question: OMFG.

i am around 4'11" && i am 120lbs.

how can i lose weight FAST!

i've been partially starving myself && i am a vegetarian.

READ THIS:
DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT, GIVE ME ALL OF THAT, "OH THAT IS SOO UNHEALTHY" && "JUST EXERCISE MORE!"
I AM NOT GOING TO EXERCISE THAT MUCH, ONLY CAUSE I DONT HAVE THE TIME.
I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT REALLY BADLY!!

wat I did wen I wanted 2 lose weight, was for like 2 months, I did this diet wher I ate lunch at 12(I dnt no y) I then ate dinner(small portion) then all I drank was gatorade. I lost 23 pounds :)

Eat less.Have breakfast, skip lunch, eat brunch and then dinner.No choco,no chips and no sugary or fatty foods.Cut ur diet in half.U prolly eat too much thats y.I stopped eating so much and i just dropped 25 pounds in like 1 month.its ur diet thats keeping u fat.Also run .

You'll have to bight the bullet and exercise stop starving your self 2!!!!

Eat right. If you don't, you will fall off the wagon, and gain more weight, its part of the cycle. Slower steady weight loss is permanent. Trust me, I weight 116, and I'm 5'6.

I know you said not to say that it is unhealthy, but it really is. Starving yourself is not going to help at all. If you look at pictures of starving children, they aren't skin and bones, their bellies protrude. Your body will start to store everything it takes in to save for the times that you don't feed it.

Anyways, it doesn't seem to me like you need to lose weight quite as badlly as you seem to think. Eat healthy and put little bits of exercise into your day. Walk an extra bit of distance, play some DDR or something. :]

just saying if you wanna lose weight, don't starve urself.
Because the next time you eat it will be stored as fat as a way to protect ur body, it also slows down ur metabolism system, so if u eat it will easier to gain weight then to lose it.

start eating. to lose weight permanently you need to eat at least 1200 calories a day. More when you exercise.
I'm on a 1300 cal diet and I lose weight just fine.
Make sure you eat mostly healthy whole grains, fruit and vegetables. make sure you get your protein in other ways than eating meat. a vitamin supplement or from beans.

oh I'm vegetarian too!
but i've found that i've gained weight after becoming one.
oh and i've tried that whole starving yourself deal and it doesn't work. you just need to put time aside to excercise, simple crunches are fine Oh and eat healthy too!

Calm down. Being mad doesn't take you anywhere.
Cut down on the junk food and eat less of them. stop eating when you are 75% full. When you get hungry, drink water and eat apples or carrots or just about anything that doesn't have fat and carbs in them. Eat a lot of dietary fiber foods so your body would stay clean. Don't starve yourself because that can mess up your system.

I know you don't want to hear this but when you starve yourself your body begins to store anything you eat as fat. eating rarely, even though a vegetarian diet is very healthy you need to make sure you consume proteins as well. i hate exercise myself but i find the time to incorporate it into my lifestyle - even if it's just a 30min walk on the treadmill a couple times a week. if you want the weight off you have to incorporate both a healthy diet and exercise. sorry if it's not what you want to hear, but it's the truth. you might lose a few pounds by "starving" yourself, but without some type of exercise it is sure to come back.

Starving yourself will NOT cause you to lose weight. If you starve yourself, your body will store excess fat when you do eat, meaning, you will GAIN weight.

If you want to lose weight, eat healthy and exercise in balance. You don't have to join a gym to workout, and a workout is actually pretty pointless after 20-min.

If you don't make a LIFE STYLE change (meaning to eat healthier AND exercise), you will have a constant struggle with maintaining a lower weight. You HAVE to make a point to change your life and your habits. 10 minutes of exercise a day can make a huge difference, and it's ONLY 10 minutes.
