For those that have lost a lot of weight, what did you eat?!


Question: Like for dinner and lunch and snack? I know what i can have for breakfasts but im stuck on everything else.

well, i lost 40 pounds and gained muscle. I never deprived myself of the foods i liked, i just ate a bigger breakfast, and 4 to 5 smaller meals, alot of fruits and veggies with mainly water. I do not eat alot of junk food, i only eat organic, but what really helped me was walking every day for around an hour. it melts the pounds.

its best not to eat snacks unless they;re like fruits or something. dinner, eat as light as you can. maybe a salad or some meat. lunch is basically the same. lots of protein, less carbs/sweets

I pretty much didn't eat anything , i skipped breakfast , and skipped lunch , and when i came home from school i had some sunchips , then , like 2hours later , I had 2 oreos as a snack , then , later for dinner I had an apple .
