Fastest way to lose this much weight?!


Question: alright. i need to lose 20 lbs. i am 120 && i need to be around 100 lbs. i am sick of being the largest sized girl in my class. i dont exercise much, so dont giuve me that crap. i've been partially anorexic because of this, && dont tell me it is unhealthy because you WILL NOT get the best answer. so if you are going to tell me that this is all unhealthy DO NOT ANSWER THIS QUESTION.

people who are anoerxic, tell me how you've stayed that way && how much you lose in about 2-3 weeks. mkay?

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

Look up the cookie diet. i saw it on the news and a woman lost 30lbs in 90 days

workout , run, go on a diet of only carrot sticks low fat yogurt and celery sticks!

anorexic is diferent i think u are talking bout bulemic eat and throw up, and ye it actually wrks pretty good, in the first week ul see major results im talking like 3-5 lbs so go ahead by all means.

Ok, well, I'm not going to get preachy on you, if that's what you mean.

You say you are 120 lbs now, how tall are you?

You might be at a healthy weight already, in which case losing more weight can cause you to get hormonal problems leading to things like an irregular period, or bad acne, etc. You could end up with irregular sleep patterns as well.

Personally, I would suggest something like South Beach. Here is the official site, I don't know how much info it has, you might be better off getting the book.

i couldn't care less about getting best answer. are you around 5 feet tall no taller because in that case 100 lbs might be a good weight. 120 sounds good to me. what the hell do you want tips on being anorexic? if you want to be that dumb then fine enjoy the feeling sick all the time, no energy, looking like crap, your body and your skin will look bad. and enjoy death. often people have deep emotional problems that lead them to anorexia those ppl are truly sick and keep it a secret. those who come online asking for tips on how to be anorexic are just dumb!!!

I'm an college athlete (cross country runner) and I can tell you the fastest way to lose weight. First, you gotta stay well hydrated, drink plenty of water. Second, keep your carb intake low. Third, eat lean protein (food with high protein and no fat). Fourth, RUN! Running will burn the most calories than any other type of exercise or cutting meals. If you are really looking to lose it fast, try to run after every meal. This will burn the calories fast and efficently. Starving yourself when you do alot of running will not make you lose alot of weight though. Try and eat alot of lean protein foods, stay away from carbs, stay hydrated. Follow a strict running routine and you'll shed off pounds quick.

anorexia is a disease, people SUFFER from it. If you "cant stick to it" then you are by far NOT anorexic. Please, educate yourslef before posting stupid questions like this. Anyways...if you want to lose 20 lbs, exercize and eat healthy. Like 1200 cals a day and 30 min of excercise a day and 20 lbs will be gone in a cuople months?
