Question: OMFG.

i am around 4'11" && i am 120lbs.

how can i lose weight FAST!

i've been partially starving myself && i am a vegetarian.

READ THIS:
DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT, GIVE ME ALL OF THAT, "OH THAT IS SOO UNHEALTHY" && "JUST EXERCISE MORE!"
I AM NOT GOING TO EXERCISE THAT MUCH, ONLY CAUSE I DONT HAVE THE TIME.
I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT REALLY BADLY!!

WHAT SHOULD I DO?!?!?!

make thinsperation: get pictures of alot of skiny people.
tape them on your fridge
or on your wall,
and everytime you want to eat look at them
and say i wanna look like them. thin is a skill.

dont throw up tho it makes your breathe smell and eats away at your stomach.


also write down everything you eat.
and stretch while you watch tv.
or do sometihng while the commericials are on.


also watch antm
americans next top model.

those girls are so skinny and look what they can do
once again,
THIN IS A SKILLL.

and also
eat breakfast
even if its just some milk or yogurt
because thats speeds up ur metabolism.
then for lunch just have some water or skim milk
and some crackers.
about 5.
and then when you have to have dinner just say
"oh i gotta go take a shower"
or do homework or something
and do that while everyones eating dinner

if you haveto go out to a fast food place
get sometihng
and then throw it away while everyones not looking
so that you can say " OH IM FINISHED =D "

make sure you watch calories.
and remember.

thin is a skill.

Hun, I dont want you to get mad at me or anything. But that is 100% normal...But my sister is 5'2" and she weighs as much as you and she is 20....she eats small protions...I am 15 and I weighed 136lbs...I lost 7lbs in 1 1/2 weeks... All I did was eat very little. If you go annorexic, most guys wont like you. but hope i have helped

Well starving yourself isn't going to work. So I would eat but small portions of healthy foods a day. Fruits and veggies, but eat them throughout the day. Stay active, drink lots of water

fast! im on day 8 today im 5'1.5" and ive gone from 135 to 110 in the past couple of weeks, but then i gained 5 back like the week before last, but today is day eight ive only had liquids, and im 115!! i am sooo pissed i don't understand, and i feel like crap too! but i should eventually hit a drop i think, i can't loose hope

first of all exersize is the best way at that age you need meat too because it actoually does help lose weight but dont overload it so go on a diet ask a parent or someone close or just look up diets online and remember make room for exersize

you sound pretty normal sized to me.

Im not anorexic, and I know that you said I don't want to hear all that "that so unhealthy and all that jazz." BUT IT IS.You sound really insecure and whiny. Learn to love yourself, Or or get used to FAILURE. (Which will eventually distress you.)

Anyway, try to exersise every day and eat lots of oats ,grains and fruit.They have fiber.Drink lots of water. In addition cut down on fats and carbs.But check with your parents first. You sound young.

well, im not anorexic, but most anorexics exercise like crazy and don't eat and that is how they lose weight. just thought I'd let you know.

Like, wake up earlier, or late at night....theres ALWAYS time if you are really determined. No time is just an excuse. Sorry hun but there is no easy way to weight loss?

If you starve yourself, you will slow your metabolism and your body will store fat. That is the wrong thing to do. You need to eat more raw foods. This wil speed up your metabolism, since raw foods such as carrots, etc., are harder to digest. Also, exercise, is key. Take walks, ride a bike, or get a good routine to do everyday. Eat smaller portions, but eat them about 6 times a day. You won't feel like you're starving, and you will lose weight. Just don't go all out starvation. That is bad, and hard to break. You never said how fast you need to lose the weight. Good luck.

Well, anorexia, by definition, is starving oneself. So that should give you an idea of what you "should" do (or rather what you shouldn't do) if you think you want to go that route. But anorexia is an illness, not a diet plan. It gets in your head, and it stays with you long after the excess weight is gone. If you don't have time to exercise, then you probably don't have time to take on a full-fledged disorder that might entail such time-consuming practices as calorie-counting, over-exercising, reading cookbooks and recipes, cooking food and throwing it in the garbage, obsessing in front of the mirror...

I am sorry to say this but I suffered from anorexia.. and it freakin ruin my life. Now I most likely can't have kids, exercising and food consume my thoughts 24 hours a day. I hate myself, always feel that I am fat.. even though I am. You might think starting out it won't get like that..you won't feel like that.. but something about doing it.. makes you that way in the future. trust me. It is NOT worth it. Losing weight fast isn't worth being miserable for rest of your life, losing friends, being sad and alone.

No one wants to hold a bag of bones ...put some weight on.

for being that short, you should weigh at least under 100 pounds!
