Does apple cider vinegar have carbs?!

Not sure... I have red wine vinegar and white vinegar and neither have carbs. Check the label??

Apple Cider Vinegar has a low amount of carbs in it and no nutritional value. It's high acid content when consumed in large amounts (large=bigger than intended for sprinkling over salad or added to a food dish in teaspoons) can cause stomach and esophagus problems ( ever heard of GERD, Acid Reflux or Peptic Ulcer Disease?).

It is also not "rich" in Potassium as some might argue. One could need to consume 300 tablespoons of it per day in order to get the daily recommended amount of Potassium that they need.

There are many flaws to the Apple Cider Vinegar diet, I doubt it's ability to help you lose weight and as it has "fad" diet status, it is most likely more harmful and unhealthy to you than it is good.
