Smaller Butt/Thighs & No Love Handles?!


Question: I am 14 years old. 5'4 104 pounds.
I have a huge butt and thighs though. I even have love handles. I am active and I eat okay.
I don't eat breakfast, but I eat lunch at school and have a snack after school. I eat dinner too. Any ideas on how to lose the extra skin?

Ok, I am 5'3 and 105 pounds but I don't by any means consider myself fat or overweight. First, you are 14, don't fret too much over your appearance, at the age that you are, self image can be distorted and you find yourself wanting to look like the skeleton model in some magazine. So the key is to be healthy, not to be as thin as possible. Here's what you can do to feel good about yourself. First and most importantly, get a good nights rest, 7 to 9 hours a night. You need sleep to regulate the chemicals that control metabolism, your metabolism is fastest while you sleep. Eat Breakfast everyday, it kick starts your metabolism. Change your meals to 6 small meals a day so your metabolism stays high, have a balanced diet, eat organic foods, no preservatives and no high frutose corn syrup. I know you can't keep tabs on nutritional facts at lunch, but you can decide if you want pizza or a wrap. Exercise, more cardio than weights. Cardio raises the heart rate and boosts metabolism. Weights tone your body. Stay away from quick diets, or pills, they do not work and cause more harm than good over time, especially to your heart. And finally, manage stress. Stress can make you age quicker, gain weight and die faster. If you do all this you will not only look great, but feel great. I hope this all helps.

start by eating 5 small meals instead of 3 large ones as this
will speed up your metabolism.I found this site quite helpful
