How can i lost weight fast????!

yeah doctors will say that. I weight 135 on a typical day and 5'9" and almost 17. Well what I would say is definately dont starve urself Ive done that and it kills ya later on in the long run. your body things its starving itself so it starts to eat away at ur muscle. Soda is typically what adds most of the unneeded calories in a teens diet as well as beverages that are some what hight in calories such as gatoraide...try propel for instance it has 10 calories and is great flavor. I am guessing you are not an athlete since you did not mention this. so as for excersise im sure ur taking PE but also get 45 min extra of cardio excersise and then later on try and lift weights. that combination will help you lose that extra weight. As far as eating habits dont eat after 8 o clock, that is unneccasary since ur body is unable to easily digest the information right before you go to bed.

How come all of you girls want to lose weight FAST? It won't stay off if you don't do it right... and doing it FAST is not doing it right.

Eat healthier-- read nutrition labels.
Go for walks. Take your time. I know summer is coming up, and we all want to look hot in tank tops and swimsuits, but you should have thought about that last fall. Aim to be thinner by NEXT summer, and do it right!!!

Diet and exercise.

no ofence but my 16yr old is 4months pregnant and weighs 145, shes also 5"5. your bmi says u are technically overweight. but it is all about wether u are comfortable with your weight. if your not, do 2-3 hours of excercise each day, eat healthy, like leafy vegetables and carrots, not too much fruit and cut bak completely on sugary lollies and chocolates.

try eating a lots of fruits and vegetables,drink lots of water, no soft drinks and other artificially flavored stuff (juice is fine) and exercise in anyway you want at least once a day for an hour (don't eat any junk foods)
