Should i lift weights?!

NO NO NO NO NO Don't i'm almost 17 and have started to think I shuld have waited longer. If your 13 your muscles aern't fully developed yet.

If you want to work on anything work on your Cardio vascular, which is basically strenghtening your heart. Go running!

well i think u should wait till your almost 14 then your body is more developed and u would get more muscle if thats what yourlooking for .

if you lift weights at 13 you will indeed get strong, and nothing wrong will happen to you. BUT it is a very isolated exercise intended for the sole purpose of STRENGTH, at 13 you are better off with an aerobic exercise such as football, or basketball, that will indeed promote your growth and physycal endurance. Be smart, be healthy, get BIG, then get strong.
