wow. by all that activities. i'd say alot. around 3-5 kgs. thats if you keep your diet healthy and constant too.

not enough working out. you need to do cardio everyday which you are doing, but you need to eat right as well

2 lbs a week is the safest possible amount

depends on your body. i ate salad and pasta for 2 weeks and lost 7 pounds. my friend did it and lost 1 pound

but it all depends on how much fat, calories, saturates etc etc you consume and how much of it you burn off
drink water as well it will help alot

About 9.5 lbs. That's if you stick to a healthy diest and quit drinking all that damn pop. Pop is what is making you gain the weight. You need to walk/run more than once a week though. May is only a 3 weeks away. Time is wasting. Get of the damn computer and get busy. Go on.....Get going.

you need to base it on a lot more than your excercise.
how much you weigh now- plays a big part in your calculations as larger people lose a lot more weight at the beginning of a weight loss programme.
how much do you eat?- thats one of the most important factors! if you're dieting you can lose a lot more than if you're eating regularly- but it isn't always the way to go if you want the weight to stay off!
