How to get abs! Please help!?!


Question: So its getting near summer and my abs suck. I have like 2 pounds of belly fat I need to lose before bikini season. I eat daily salads and do like tons of sit ups and crunches yet I see no results. I can't afford a gym or any workout videos so think old school. Please help- I feel like buddah.

Eat a big breakfast
