Of course not and you know that. You need to eat 3 meals a day to keep your metabolism going. It is also essential to incorporate all the food groups into your meals. You can write and still take time for a healthy meal. Why not prepare your lunch in the morning so all you have to do is eat it at lunch time. Prepare your dinner also, that way while it is cooking, etc you can continue to write. If you want to live long enough to continue writing, you had better learn to take care of yourself first.

not healthy snack on some fruits.

it is good that you are eating breakfast, a lot of people don't feel that it is important. you probably should try and eat something for lunch even if it is just an apple or something.

no its not healthy, its better to have a balanced diet. Your current diet will ruin your internal clock's way of saying youre hungry, thus making you weaker without your knowing....

maybe you can find some healthy snacks to have during the day, like trail mix, yogurt, fruit bowl, or carrot sticks. Try not to skip meals because you will just end up over eating

I'm pretty sure a big breakfast is important, but so are meals throughout the day. Just make sure you get excersize from time to time and plenty of nutrients.
