Can fruit make you fat?!

Question: My diet consists of:

Breakfast: Egg whites and oats

Mid morn snack: Protein shake

Lunch: noodles and chicken, with a slice good wholegrain bread. And an apple

Mid afternoon snack: Protein shake

Dinner: Boiled rice, steamed veg and grilled chicken breast. And an apple.

Evening snack: Protein shake.

I also exercise quite a bit. 5-6 days on different muscle groups. The reason im telling you all this is because my diet is strict and I want to keep it that way.

But recently i have found myself eating an extra apple, banana, or orange here and there, in between meals (which i have every 2-3 hours).

I don't want to fall off the wagon coz im doin' quite well.

So basically, can fruit make you fat? If so, is it hard to burn those calories?

Thanks!

First of all, you need to cut back on the protein shakes because those are really only ok to have once in a while, not for all of your snacks. No, eating fruit doesn't make you fat at all! It actually helps you to burn caolries from the enzimes in the fruit. I am also worried about you because you need to start eating more cheese, which you need for strong bones and teeth because you didn't put any cheeses for your rituals.

No.

Quit being paranoid, eating an apple or carrot won't make you fat.It is good for you. Extra nutrients and energy. If you feel horrible do a mini workout.Like watch t.v and do v-holds on commercials, eventually work up to a thirty minute v-hold duringyour favorite show. Like Bruce Lee. Get some iron mind captains of crush grippers. Strengthen your hands up.Probably a trainer or sport for casual use.Than work up to some crushing strength.

No but if you have a problem retaining water some fruits might leaf you feeling bloated
