Can I get a flatter tummy in 6 weeks? And what's the best way?!

Question: I admit that I am totally lazy and a couch potatoe! I was always thin and until recently (I'm 35 now), I never had to work out to look good. People teased me for being so skinny when I was a kid and in my teens, I got some curves but still stayed small boned. Now, I am TOTALLY depressed! My tummy looks huge. My waist looks big too! And my booty is droopy! I want to start out with some simple exercises that I can do at home without investing any money. Please help!

Hi. Its important that you understand that if you look at yourself and don't like what you see and get depressed then the body will make a demand for sugar which is a natural anti-depressant and so you will go and eat and then you will feel bad about it and then eat more, etc. Its a bad spiral, try to avoid it.

Make a decision and do not allow yourself to be negative. When you see yourself, if you didn't like before, now say OK, i have improvements to make.

Next, don't spend money for this. All proper weight loss can be done free and natural.

I'll throw some points here, but go to my site and read the articles, you WILL benefit.

Nutrition (that's food) is responsible for 90% of the result. This means if you work out lots but eat lots of junk, don't expect much.

Remember, any movement at all for a minimum 60 minutes duration is great. I don't care if you wanna roll around on the floor, do jump rope, go run in the street or keep kicking the wall in your house. As long as you MOVE and get your heart rate up, you WILL lose calories.

Check out my site, there are several articles that can help you achieve your goals. If you are serious about what you want then you will definitely benefit from reading those articles.
