Basically you're taking 4 capsules a day. IE: 2 in the morning, and 2 in the evening. HTH
It means take two capsules(pills), two times a day. =)
It means take two capsules in the morning and another two at night.
It means at two different times during the day (ie: Breakfast and Dinner) take TWO capsules, so in the course of a day, you've taken FOUR capsules.

daily means every 24 hours
