Where to Start with Muscle Building? Please Help.?!


Question: I'm 21 and weigh about 85kg's and I really want to develop more and build some definition. I have started a decent enough workout routine, but this diet stuff is so complicated. Please may someone give me some general rules and tips for creating my own diet plan that will help me get the best out of my training and help me develop real quick?

Hi. Its not complicated - very easy.

Muscle - start with body weight. Until you can properly lift your own body weight there is no reason to do weights. So make a routine of pushups, pullups, situps, crunches. And improve always over time. Try +1 per day of each.

Nutrition (that's food) is responsible for 90% of the result. This means if you work out lots but eat lots of junk, don't expect much.

Eat often every 3-4 hours but small amounts.
