-bowl of applesauce with cinnamon
-Yoplait yogurt (light with 100 calories, or regualar with 180 calories)
-a snack size peach cup
-a special k strawverry granola bar
-100 calorie pack of teddy grams

the yoplait!! my doctor actually told me to eat that specifically because it is filling and healthy. If you don't want to be hungry then thats the way to go. I hate tem special K bars. They taste funky in a bad way . .

applesauce, you need fruit!! apples are very healthy!! cinn. helps regulate your blood sugar. Good luck!!

Applesauce with Cinnamon.... Why are you eating Hot Dogs if your diet is all about health? Google the ingredients in a Hot Dog... yuk

dog, you need some meat on your bones.. eat some steak, mashed potatoes, corn and wash it all down with a big heaping glass of milk.. chocolate milk would be even better.

I would pick he yogurt because I have some of it here and it tastes great. Plus, it has calcium and other nutrients. All the others you listed sound rather bland to me.

peach cup

and if you are feeling adventurous, mix the fruit with the yougurt
then you have fruit/dairy together
and thats what i always eat
you dont have to eat all of it if you dont want to either
& put some granola in it =]
lol

Yoplait Yogurt, regular, or applesause. because you want something healthy and fruitful after lunch. So, eat fresh fruit or yougurt. and don't go with anything light, because you're 15 pounts less than me and 3 years older and 3 inches taller. you need to gain some weight. i'm considered thin b/c i work out and have muscles, so i'm not fat. but seriously girl, gain some. =)
zoe

any of them sound fine. However, I know your just a kid but please lay off the life or death remarks unless it's truly life or death. It sounds childish and selfish. Also, at your age you need to be worried about bring healthy and happy, this sounds like you dieting, so sad.

Holy ****, you're 5'5 and only weigh 85 pounds?

Eat a cheeseburger, damn!

hi i think you should eat the :yoplait yoghurt... because it seems it could last you till dinner time and also losing by eating a little amount doesnt meen you will last all day it means you will be more hungary just trying to help hope i have ......jen

the granola because you need the crabs to have cell wall growth if you don't have enough carbs there will be very little cell wall growth and this includes in the brain and because your a teen the frontal lobe is not done developing so the granola bar

You're trying to not eat anything unhealthy and you ate a hotdog with cheese ontop, and skipped the bun... When in fact, the bun was probably better for you than whatever the hell is actually IN a hot dog weiner?? Seems a little strange to me...
If you are trying to be healthy - it's important to feed your body and give it energy/fuel for the day... Eat BALANCED meals...
Of those choices, go with yogurt, and mix in some granola...
But, hun, what you're doing ISN'T healthy...

To be honest, your not heavy for your weight so you dont really need to be worrying about your diet choices. but that wasnt the question so i'll answer the real question.

I recommend the Special K granola bar. It doesnt have many calories, contains oats etc. that are good for you and because it contains those ingredients, it will keep you feeling full the rest of the day until dinner.

If you think cheese and hotdogs are better for you than bread, then you need a lesson in healthy diets.

I am (and always have been) a very small person. I am now in my 40's. But when I was 13, I weighted 92 pounds and was 4'7". I ate anything that sounded good to me. Girl...sounds like you're in need of FOOD.

You're trying to skip unhealthy foods, but your lunch was a hot dog? That doesn't make any sense.

You need to talk to someone about your nutrition hang-ups and work on learning to eat real food. You need help more than I need your ten points.

If I were you I'd go with the yoplait yogurt with 180 calories if I had to choose from those. But I think you are to skinny and it'd be better for you to eat half a watermelon.

eat all 5 you need to gain weight, fast

If you did some research on what's in a hot dog you wouldn't eat it..Even though I love them I gave them up years ago..but, I'm on a bodybuilding diet format and they just do fit into that program..I'd replace the with a cup of fat free cottage cheese with a cup of your favorite fruit..lots of protein, natural sugar and nearly not fat. It's filling, but won't store as fat..Your weight is good now, you don't really need to diet, per say, but the choice to eat more healthy is always good and the earlier in life you start that the better...
I eat Yoplait fat free yogurt all the time and that's a good choice for a snack..Try to get the ones with Live active cultures included...that's a digestive enzyme that assist in digesting all your foods...by the way there are 10 million of them in a single container...Also try to include a hand full of nuts sometime during the day...I add a hand full of sliced almonds to my morning oat meal...good source of omega 3's, that's the good fat...if you like fish try to include a serving a day of your favorite. Salmon is my favorite, lots of ways to fix it and it's another good source of omega 3's. Tuna works well also. Some good news as well about chocolate. just 1.5 oz, a day of dark chocolate has many antioxidant powers...The Dove brand is really good...three pieces = 1.5 oz's. Enjoy the taste be healthy at the same time...yahooooo...
You're on the right track....just do it for life...you'll like what you see...

If you are trying to eat healthy avoid hot dogs (they have No
nutritional value and are pure fat)

I would eat the granola bar because it is more filling and your
less likely to open the fridge again until dinner . (it will supply
you with a portion of your daily grain needs and half the yogurt
for your calcium and potassium needs and don't forget to snack on carrots/ celery/ brocolli...etc.

No need to starve your self to eat healthy if you eat a balanced and in moderation diet. Drink alot of water.

Eat fresh fruit instead of canned, canned has high frutose cornsyrup in it and has less value that fresh fruit.
pineapple, bananas and strawberries are my favorite...they
are all energy fruit (get u going in the morning) as well as
star fruit and mangoes.

Teddy grahams are high in sugar and have empty calories...try lowfat graham crackers (even the chocolate ones) they are very nutrional and yummy!!

You seem to be a bit under weight, try working healthy fats
in your diet ....like nuts..., sun flower seeds
...protein rich fats like fish as well
