What are the pros and cons of drinking lots of water?!

Pros:
good for ridding the body of toxins
Keeps the body hydrated
clears the face of oils
helps balance metabolism
keeps you feeling full in your stomach

Cons:
It can not be good for your kidneys by having to go to the bathroom a lot to relieve yourself. Over time, you can have problems with your kidneys. This is all that I know. It's good to drink water with moderation. =>
