Alright so i REALLLLLY need to loose some weight.?!


Question: i dont even care if its half a pound at tis point.

Go run. And stop eating fast food. And eleminate snacks entierly. Eat three square meals a day. Consisting of a certain amount of protein and carbs and nutrients. Take votomins if you dont like vegtibles, and if you have a sweet tooth chocolate is the best choice, but try to stay away from high shurger foods like ice cream and soda. SODA IS PLAIN TOXIC TO YOUR BODY! I dont eat snack foods at all. I run three times a week and lift weights twice a week. In the morning i normaly eat 2 eggs scambled with 2 pieces of toast, bacon or ham is just extra protein and unnecessary. In the afternoon i eat 1 ham sandwitch with mustard and low carb mayo, I also eat baked potato chips. All other potato chips are fried, which means alot of fat. But as long as the chips are baked there fine. At night i normally just eat whatever is on the menu because my mom dosent really cook so we eat out at night alot. But I run 1 mile three days a week and lift weights. You dont have to diet. Just cut out snack foods, shrink your portions, stay away from high surgar sweets, (and if you cant help your self chocolate is the best of the evils as it is the most healthy for you. ;-) ) and no matter how hungry you might feel dont munch between portions. Your body dosent realy need that much, if you only eat what your body needs it will naturaly take it self down to a healthy weight on its own, im serious, running only increases the bodys matabilisum which only speeds the process. The media and book companies have people brain washed into thinking dieting is there only option. The reason they do this is because they are making a killing from book sales off of over weight people dessperate for a way out. look at the french for example, 90% of them smoke and drink yet they are some of the healthiest people in the world, this is because they dont eat fast food and the average american portion per meal is 2/3rds larger than the average portion a french person. I once talked to a french forein exchange student about getting a snack,he said (what in the heck is a snack) i explained it to him and he said no way, that would make him sick. I refuse to eat fast food because it is just flat out nasty and is bad for you. Mark my words, within 30 years fast food corperations are going to be under the same scruteny big tobacco is today. Do what i say and you will loose weight, I promise, if you really stick to it you could loose as much as 15 to 25 pounds within three to four months. But that depends on you discipline. P.S.- After highschool ended and i stoped playing football and wrestling i quickly developed a weight problem, I went from 190 musscle to 215 fat. I got on this plan i made up through personal study and i am currently 170 lean cut musscle, Im 5'6 as well. Hope you can get healthy again.

No denying that. Perhaps you could butcher open your stomach and apply a vacuum cleaner to suck out all your fat. Do not be subjected to limitations! The human mind is a creation of perfection and wonders that deserves respect. Say you come into this world with a crayon box. Now, you maybe given the 12 pack or the 48 pack but it is what you do with the crayons that matter. You can color inside the lines, you can color outside the line. I say color outside the lines, color off the paper! Your in motion to the ocean! Do not limit yourself!

drink 8 cups of water everyday and do push ups and crunches.....

exercise, go to the gym, go jogging. less food will not do the job.

since summer is coming up though, people are going crazy with weight losses..

i am going to try alli as i heard it really helps..
you do have to do some sort of exercise to really boost the effect of the pill..
but its an over the counter diet pill, so that should work well!

try going to the sauna ...it's really healthy for you i heard...and you sweat the pounds off
go to the ymca for some dance lessons for hip-hop, latin..etc
drink lots of water
do pilates/yoga/boxing...(anything that will help you keep fit and active)

honestly. just go running. eat healthy. like in reality that is the only healthy way to do it. dont go on a "diet" because its not going to work. a diet is your intake of food in a day. not your reduction to look thinner. but eat less calories then u burn in a day. and youll start to lose weight.
dont do anything unhealthy. because ull either die or gain twice as much weight back.

If you intake more calories through food than you burn off during the day, you will gain weight. If you burn off more calories than you intake, you will lose weight. If you take in and burn off the same amount of calories, you will stay the same.

Here's a random little tip: your body burns more calories digesting celery than it gets from the celery.

don`t eat later than 19;00h!
to start go and take walks!
around the block a few times will be a good start!
don`t try to push you body!
try to sweat as much as possible!
