Should I take creatine also on my cardio days?!

On your non-strength training days, whether you do cardio or not, you should take about 5 grams in the morning as soon as you wake up. This will make sure your muscles always have adequate amounts of creatine in them and it will help them recover faster as well. Just make sure to drink plenty of water while you're using creatine.

No, I use to be a body-builder. Creatine puts water into your muscle making them bigger. If you're on a cardio work-out I assume you are trying to loose weight, Creatine helps you gain weight.

EDIT- Man, Creatine is a waste of your money. If you want something that is relatively cheap and works well I suggest Frizogen Mass Cycle.

You should take it everyday. You can cycle it 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off. Load it at the beginning of a cycle.

If you want to stay on it all of time, I'd lower it to 5 grams total per day. Once you're muscles are saturated with it, anymore intake is waste.
