I want to lose weight?!?!


Question: I'm 5'7 and 125 pounds. What exercises can i do? I usually do about 50-100 sit ups each night and that kind of helps.

I would do some more crunches then slowly work to reach higher and higher toward you knees. You many want to try high knees, butt kicks, lunges..things like that to work your thighs. Do this religiously for best results. Make sure you stretch first, you will feel better after and it is better for you. Drink plenty of water because water is essential for weight loss. Hopes this help

This is if you want to get rid of some excess fat, in the process you may gain some muscle weight but...thats part of life

Seriously? I'm 5'7" and 155... I'm only about 5-6 overweight. To be honest, I think you're underweight...

I got news for your...you're not overweight. If you're worried about that little pooch on your abdomen, the only way to get rid of it is to have a hysterectomy--that's your uterus!

if you like walking you can burn 100 calories per mile and watch what you eat and drink plenty of water

lol u dont need to loose wieght and when u do sit ups u will gain wait muscle ways more than fat so if u want loose wieght stop working out lol

youre in the average area... if you lose any more, then youre going to be under-weight.
you dont have to lose weight, you just gotta keep it off.
either way.... treadmill, squats.... those are two main things.

why do you want to lose weight your a lil below average i believe n decent height for a girl... but if you do just start up running and low weight high rep weight lifting and subsitute water for other calorie beverages

you dont need to lose weight. you are perfectley fine but anyways bye a oliptical, do boxing, even yard work can help burn a couple of pounds. also go on a diet like this one called the no s diet. you are not aloud to have seconds,sweets, or snacks except for the days that start with s. hope this helps!
