Hey there,

lets break it down


six meals a day to start with... thats 6 SMALL MEALS
1) 7am breakfast, water & fruit
why? to break the fast you been sleeping all night.... if you miss breakfast your body will think theres a FAMINE &
your BODY GOES in to SURVIAL MODE and holds on to any bad calories you have because its not sure when it will be fed AGAIN

2)have a snack at 11am to get you through till lunch
eg fruit...nuts...yogurt, water.

3) 12-1pm have lunch make sure the food is colourful
large amount of veg and salad, small amount of protein and carbohydrates,water.

4)3pm snack crackers, chesse lowfat , fruit, water

5)5pm Dinner again a colourful plate of food no colour no health small amount of protein & carbs
large salad and veg, water, fruit

6) a snack around 7pm
more fruit seeds, nuts and a currant bun
water

so you see its very simple eat to lose weight join the gym
or get yourself a personal trainer
most of all eat correctly men need 2,500 kcal
women need 2,000 kcal as long as you eat some decent food theres no need to count calories

eating healtht 6 days per week...alows you too have 1 day perweek to eat what ever you like within.. reason but do not over eat. That way you will not feel guilty or have withdrawal symptoms from the foods you love that are not so good for you.... SO.....

eat healthy
exercise
rest
and be happy

ALWAYS have your breakfast even if you're not hungry. Try exercising at morning to increase metabolism. 1200-1500 is the best diet you could have. Don't eat before you go to sleep (Try youghurt as a dinner), you can only eat 2 hours before you sleep. DRINK water alot (don't make it after the meal)

start by documenting the number of calories you eat on average per day and your weekly weigh in.. then average the amount and subtract 250, also add a burn of 250 calories through exercise.. and you'll lose a pound a week.
