Exercise, great metabolism or you're just one lucky bastard =) "no offense"

not enough exersize

are you under stress, or more active than usual,

hey don't knock loosing weight by the way, most people are killing themselves to,

it depends on what you are eating if u wanna gain weight try to stick to food with high carbs make more trips to mcdonalds lol

maybe u should eat more? and i think ur metabolism is really good that's why when u eat u still lose weight... just eat more....:)

Your metabolism is probably just fast.

You want to gain weight?
Stop eating healthy.
Try potato chips dipped in lard.

Well first you have to tell us what "eating well" is for you. what exactly do you eat? How much? Are you really active? Tell us more and maybe we can help.

hmm... you should drink some protein shakes or ask a doctor

No indication that you are dropping the pounds very fast nevertheless have your thyroids check. You may be on the onset of graves' disease, hyper active thyroid.

If you are concerned about your weight loss you should get checked by a doctor to rule out factors like overactive thyroid or diabetes or other illnesses. If your tests all come back fine then dont worry.

You're either growing or hitting puberty.

lucky

Perhaps you have a tape worm, yes?

Make sure you are eating proteins (for muscles) and carbs, but keep the fats low. If it continues, see a doctor. You could have an overactive thyroid. I dropped 50 pounds in a year without dieting, but I was also very tired all the time. My thyroid was causing it. Beware, though, the meds they gave me to help my thyroid caused me to gain about 30 pounds in 2 months.
