I'd say 6 months since you are doing enough exercise and keeping your calories at a good level. I'd aim for 5-10lb weight loss a month, the first few weeks you may lose more then 2lb a week, other weeks you may not lose any or 1lb so don't get discouraged. Everyone is different, some people can drop the weight in 6 months, others take 12 months. Either way, you'll see a difference if you continue what you are doing! Good luck.

about 6 or 7 months

depends on ur metabolism...also by looking at ur calorie intake...i would estimate it will take about five or six months

wow you would be in great shape then.....hmm if you keep doing what your doing about 6 months would do it =-) just keep eating healthy and working out. but don't over do it!

you can always get pills

you may want to take in more calories, 1200 calories is more of a amount for someone losing with a sedintary lifestyle.

Since you are active in the gym, this will help you, but you need to help yourself with more calories.....otherwise your body will be forced into starvation mode.

Start with something on the higher end, 1800 1700, ect.
Every two weeks, move down 100, till you are back 1200 or if along the way you realize your energy levels go down, move calories back up 100, and that is your margin.

Thats where your metabolism will get rev'ed up and your weight loss will be the highest, when you have energy to complete work outs, and you are eat JUST ENOUGH, to sustain that. That is when the pounds will slide off, and you will feel the best doing it.
