Im 13 156 pounds 5'3 am i over weight help?!

Hi, well first if you are trying to lose weight start by cutting out all junk food and anything you know that's not good for you. For breakfast have fruit, cereal, or yogurt..not bread or anything. For lunch, since your 13 at school have a salad or a healthy sand which then for dinner pick good choices like steamed veggies and grilled chicken no fried foods or fast foods or order ins because when you order in you don't know what ingredients they use to keep you on track.also try walking for exercises. If you decide to walk start out by walking 15 minutes each day for one week, second week 20 mins and then keep on adding 5 minutes each week on each day! You know how you got that way, so you will need to make some changes. Use a small plate and do not go back for seconds. And stop the mindless snacking while watching TV. But here is the good news, you are 13, and you will probably grow an inch in the next year. Don't go on on diet, just lay off the junk food.
