Good way to get motivated to excersise?!


Question: Okay so everytime i start a excersise program i'll do it for about two weeks then gradually stop and loose allll motivation..whats a good way i can be consistent in excersising?

you have to want to do it. Get happy about doing it if you think its a drag to workout you'll stop. just think once the kickin' bod comes in you can just walk around the beach makin' the heads turn nothing beats that. i mean whats an hour or 2 out of your day for a slammin bod

Take a picture of yourself in a bikini before you start the program and look at it every now and then thinking that you'll look 10 times better than you do in that picture once you're done with the program.

Get one that's really fun. If you don't like an exercise program that involves lifting weight and stuff like that with a personal trainer, why not try classes? I know there are lots of fun classes out there and while you're burning fat, you will have fun and you won't feel like you don't want to come back.

Also, always have that time in your planner to go to the exercises classes -- do not fill that time with any other activity.

get naked(on your own) stand in front of a mirror then jump up and down. if its still wobbling when you stop jumping.........................theres your motivatio

Find a friend that will commit to working out with you. Someone that will nudge you, if you feel lazy.
