What should I eat after training in the gym?!

Question: After a good workout you need to give your muscles something to help recover from the stress. The right combination of carbs and protien are essential. Some folks will tell you to drink a protien shake, but they're loaded with chemicals that your body doesn't need. Recent info says that chocolate milk has the same nutrient value and is much less expensive!
You should consider reading a book called "Power Eating" to get some great advice on body building and strength conditioning.

wow I can't even think about eating after I work out. I don't know, maybe fruits and vegetables

You should eat a lot of protein. This is due to when you work out you are breaking your musle down and the protein help builds them back up. At least that is what my trainer told me.

Whey Protein Shake if you're considering it as something "you eat".

Try Slim Fast. One can after each work out. It replenishes muscle and sodium losses.

watermelons-
restore the water and are refreshing ;)

drink lime water and then some fruits

I suggest a light healthy snack would be perfect. Suck on a delicious orange or chomp on a juicy apple or something like that! Make sure you don't eat a large portion or you'll just gain back all that wait!
