Question: who drinks to litres of water everyday? i find it hard to drink 1 litre also gave you got nice skin ?? im tryin to be healthy and get nice skin im eatin 5 portions or fruit n neg aswell. im 15 btw

dont worry theres lots of water in fruit so youre prob getting 2 litres anyway 1 from water 1 from food
