What kindsand how many sit up and push ups do i need to do each day to get toner in a mouth?

i already work hard rite now and i see improvements, but i just want to get them faster, if u can plz give me a website or pic's

Well it's not at all about quantity, it about the quality. You should be get fatigued with-in about 15 reps. If you aren't becoming fatigued, you need to alter the exercises in order to get a better burn. Try putting your arms above your head while doing sit-ups to increase intensity. Also, if you want to see your body become toned, it helps to do cardio too so that any access body fat will dissipate and your muscles will show easier.
