Another weight question?

ok....i weighed myself yesterday.....and i havnt weighed myself since last august....so i wasnt expecting any weight change.....and my weight in august was 104lbs.....im 15, 5'2'', and when i weighed myself yesterday....i weight 107!?!? is this normal.....i feel fat now!!!! and one more question? how long should i run on the treadmill everyday? how many cals does the treadmill burn?!?

you're 15 and still growing, it's normal to gain a little weight.

the amount of time you should run on the treadmill is based on what your goal is.
depending on the speed you walk or run and your weight the calories you burn changes.

if you're 15 and 5'2" weighing 107 pounds you burn approx. 350 calories/ hour if you run at 5 mph. If you run at 6 mph then your burn approx. 410 calories/ hour.

I advise that if you want to run on the treadmill, run for about an hour everyday. Alternate between running and walking if you want to burn fat. run for about 8-10 minutes and walk for 2-3 minutes. You should warm up before running and cool off after runnning.

btw, you're not fat.
