I haven't pooped all day, is that healthy?


Answers:

First off, the body needs to rid itself of toxins and waste everyday of possible. If you are regular, that's even better than not being regular. It also shows your metabolism is good.
You will probably need to incorporate more fiber in your system to help your body digest the food.
If you only ate a bit in that and are PMSing (constipation), it could be another factor why you weren't able to go.
Is it bad that you're not regular - NO.
There's no major cause for concern as millions or ppl are not regular. If you notice you've gone past 2 days, it's probably in your best interest to see your doctor.
You may want to incorporate more fiber in your diet as soon as possible.
If you want to jumpstart your metabolism to help you go, buy some prune juice! It'll help.
