Do leg lifts, so hang on something and raise your legs or your knees....OR...lie on the ground or a mat and raise your legs in the air ( one high one low) like a scissor, then switch. Hold those for some time before switching, they are called scissors.

buy a gym ball Swiss ball what ever u wanna call it they come with workouts for you core

leg litfs

aaaaaaah.
i have a lot of exercises.
but, a lot of them you have
to do on a bar. i'm a gymnast
and to tell you how to do the
exercises would probably take
hours to explain.

(:

Leg raises=Lie flat on back, butt on ground. Lift legs straight into air(still on back) lay legs as far to the side as you can (90 degree angle to your body) Then lift them up, do either side and go in the middle, then repeat.

Reverse crunches= theres many ways to do this, lie flat on your back, lift legs into the air, and either put your legs flat in front of you and lift then put them perpendicular to your body(in the air), then lift your butt off the ground and thrust into the air. Or just thrust your hips into the air while your legs are in the air over and over quickly.

Both are great for your lower abs. Best of luck :D
