Cardiovascular workout in confined space?!


Question: Alright, this will probably sound weird. I am 15, and I do my workouts before I go to bed. That's when I do my pushups, situps, lifts, etc. The only problem is, what can I do for cardiovascular exercise in a confined space?(I also hate running, is that abnormal; not wanting to run but will work out?) Please help!!! Also, I would appreciate any other exercises you feel I should add to my nightly sessions. Finally, at 6'0'' what should be my numbers of reps to be in good shape per exercise(plz note, 15)

jumping jacks or jump rope!! the number of reps you do should be as many as it takes to tire the muscle. when you can't lift the weight or your body one more rep, you've done enough!

Do you have room for jumping jacks? or how about jump roping?
