How to lose weight fast?

i need to lose like 20 pounds in two months for a girl. i dont want to go totally overboard but i just want some easy ways to lose weight fast

Well the only way to do that (I have done this). Is to lower your calorie intake to 500-1000 calories per day. Salads/Fruits/Vegies/NO SUGARS. Its hard to do, but I lost 11 lbs in a week, and I didn't gain it back. Warning though, you may be different than me, and as soon as you eat a lot more, your weight will bounce up. This is the only way to do this that fast, its dangerous, just be careful if you chose to try it. Like eat every 3 hours one piece of fruit or some veggies.
