How to loose weight/tone up on your arms WITHOUT gaining muscle?!

I tell this to my female clients all the time....IT IS SOO HARD TO GAIN MUSCLE. Especially if you have girly parts. You may think your going to get bulky if you weight train, but trust me... your lack of testosterone will prevent this.

I weight train 5 times a week with HEAVY weights and I'm only slightly bigger in muscular then average girlies....and I want to get bigger. So I wouldn't worry about that.

Actually you want a nice muscular base to support your posture and burn more calories when your not working out because muscle has a higher caloric intake then any other body tissue (except neural tissue) So when you eat your hot dog with relish, the muscle will burn the calories off instead of store them like fat.

As for losing fat, you want to increase the hours you spend in the gym, and focus on mainly cardio with light resistance training! Plus you have to make sure the calories you
