Lose 10 pounds for 13 yo?!


Question: i am only 13 but i think i should lose some weight before summer. i am 5'3 and 110lbs - maybe more. i would love to be under 100 by middle of may.

how can i lose 10 lbs in a month? what should i eat/ do specifically? should i try the lemon detox diet?

No, just the natural way, exercise daily & eat less daily. No oily & junk foods & no sugar intakes. Just healthy foods & plenty of water. Play a sport you'd love, go to a gym & burn more fat. Do it every day & you will be in perfect fit shape & look sexy for the guys as well.

If you're over 5 ft, you should be over 100lbs. Anything less is unhealthy. If you're 5'3" and weigh 110, that's perfect. Don't try losing weight. Just maintain where you're at. Report It

    Ummmm...I think you're at a perfect weight. Don't lose anything or else you'll get carried away with this whole dieting thing and before you know it you'll be anorexic. BUT if you're like 130 lbs n over and your height is 5'3 then you could lose 10 lbs but 110 lbs is wayyy normal and Don'T do anything cause at 13 your body is still developing and if you go on diets you're not gonna grow taller/ develop into a womanly body n believe me, i'm serious. Just be happy with yourself :)

    At 13 years old you shouldn't be worrying about so much your weight but healthy eating.................Try now to start healthy habits. Junk food/take aways are only a treat - not a daily food. Make fruit and veges part of your everyday diet, dont put butter on your sandwhich, soft drink should be limited. Makes exercise a daily part of your rountine - join a sport, walk to school/ or walk to the bus. Take your dog for a walk, ask your parents for a trampoline. Play sport after school/ or join a dancing group.Walk the stairs daily instead of using a lift.

    At 13 years old you and your parents should be concentrating on good healthy activities and a healthy diet. Fad diets will NOT work. Dont beat yourself up when you have a sugary treat - just concentrate on MOST of the time eating really healthy food.
