Lose weight and gain abs. possible stunt growth? NEED HELP RIGHT NOW!?!

Question:

Lose weight and gain abs. possible stunt growth? NEED HELP RIGHT NOW!?

okay. I weigh 150 lbs and I'm 14. I'm 5 feet tall. I want to go down to 120 lbs and get abs. Also, i want to get good biceps and tone my legs, especially thighs. I want to do this before school starts so I have 6 weeks left. Plz Help ME! These are my questions:

How many calories should i consume per day?

What workouts should i do and it would be so much helpful if you explained them in detail. :)

What foods should i eat?

Do you know any sites i can go to that offers free workouts food plans?

Also, am i short for my age? My voice hasn't changed and i don't think i have grown much. I haven't grown any hair in my armpits or my pubic area, and i don't think my, you know 8==>, hasn't grown :( This is weird to ask but i'm concerned if i have stunt my growth. Any way, it would be extremely helpful if you helped me. Thank-you all very much. :D

Guys tend to be slower than girls in developing when your a young teen, don't worry you'll catch up your body can grow in amazing ways in a year. As for being concerned about your growth , mention it next time you have a Dr's appointment or physical and they can help with the specifics, also if possible talking to other guys in your family and how they developed as they grew might give some good insight. A lot of sites have good free exercises and meal plans just search on any search engine. You don't want to be to restrictive with your diet at your age though because you still need plenty of nutrients to grow. The best diet advice that everyone hates is always eat less and exercise more, Find a way to get more fruits and vegetables in your diet and less junk food/sugar/empty calorie foods. Things like soda often have 200+ calories a bottle but do nothing for your health and a fast food combo meal often has as many calories are your supposed to eat in an entire day much less at one sitting.
