Did I eat too much today???!


Question: Breakfast:
Orange Juice
2 eggo waffles

Lunch:
4 1/2 bk chicken fries from bk
coke
fries
:( i shouldnt have had fast foood :(

Dinner:
mac and cheese
apple
milk

i know i should have had more healthy foods, i usually eat really heatjhy. today was a ajunky day lol. so please dont say oh you need to eat healther b/c i wont pick you as best answerer.
but my question is..did i eat too much food today??

it depends on what your fitness goals are, how much you currently weigh, your body fat percentage, how much you exercise.

I suggest going to www.sparkpeople.com and creating a profile..you can enter in your goals/wt/activity and also punch in what you ate (regular food and food from restaurants) and it'll give you the breakdown...it then determines if you 'overate' vs. can have a few more calories.

You didn't really eat too much, just not really healthy, but you already know that =P.lol

What's your goal? This is something I might eat on a carb day, or a day I'm spending with my kids, so I wouldn't say you ate too much.

Just forget about it, it's in the past and there's nothing you can do about it now. Just resolve to get back on track tomorrow.

you are fine, dont worry about junk food I shouldnt drink soda but I allow my self one a week

no because you are supposed to have 4 medium meals a day. It all depends on you matabolism. if you think you ate too much, dont worry about it and just go for a nice walk!

SInce you ate all that, your body was being starved from stuff it likes. Your body will want what it wants, so give it what it wants so your body won't be thinking about it. What really matters is control and proportion.

as long as you know you should have eaten healthier but you had junk food and didnt snack in between on more junk you can eat junk food in modeation
if you stick to the five food groups which are grains protein dairy fruit and veg you can eat as much as you want , as long as you eat healthy
