There are many "Free'' websites that tell you how to lose weight and build muscle. My favorite is bodybuilding.com.
Dont worry its not gyno, its just fat, To get rid of your boobs you have to lose overall bodyfat, its impossible to just get rid of fat in one place(spot reduction does not exist). Congrats on the diet and exercising, it always feels great to get healthier and feel more confidant about your body.

another site is www.teenbodybuilding.com

Lifting weights will help. Boxing especially My lil bro had the same problem, and boxing helped him get rid of all the upper body fat. Good luck and congrats on your diet!

try martial arts, i think boxing or taekwondo would suit u best because of their cardio workout.

bench press. any upper body exercise. I lost weight in my boobs first doing cardio and upper body exercise.

It's genetic. As super lame as it sounds, if you're gonna get those manboobs to go away, you're going to have to have them surgically removed for a coupla grand. There is a tissue behind your nipples that just stay there to form your manboob. Working out won't help.

But there is also a bright side, some kids have it and it usually goes away in 4 years or so if you eat right. If not, surgery will be needed.

AT 15, your body will react quickly to to change of diets. By quickly, I mean a lot quicker than when you are older. Cut out all the junk food and snacks that you are eating now. Tell your mother of your concerns, and that you want only healthy foods. Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Do more exercise. Just walk places instead of getting a ride. Talk to your PE teacher at school, and he will be only too happy to help with your exercise regime.
Good luck.

Toning the muscle will help. Lose weight and tone to get rid of that. It may take a while, but you have to keep with it.

I agree with the first person, weight lifting is great for upper body (just make sure you ALWAYS have someone there to spot you). And don't worry, once you start exercising and eating well, the fat will start burning off! You don't need to go on a diet, they don't work cause once you get off it, you'll gain back all the weight. Just making better choices and watching portion sizes is fine. Good for you for taking this on in a healthy way and good luck!!

try a sports bra

Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product (I only wanted something 100% natural). I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little "help" so I decided to try this great detoxification colon cleanse and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at
http://www.diet-easy-now.us , they give you a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss (it's actually a colon cleanse) and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural). The results were excellent. I lost about 20 pounds in 2 months with this detox. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.thin-quick.us where they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!
